With the rise in popularity of the keto diet, it seems like everyone is on the hunt for delicious low carb meals. There are a number of health benefits associated with eating a lower amount of carbs (in particular, empty carbohydrates) and let’s be honest – low carb meals are usually pretty delicious!

I’ve had a lot of friends who’ve had success with following the keto diet and while I personally don’t subscribe to any particular diet plan, I do enjoy eating low carb meals regularly, so I’ve rounded up 20+ of my favorites!

Just because a recipe is low carb doesn’t mean it can’t be super delicious. And this is coming from the Queen of carbs, yours truly. In addition to the above recipes, I’ve also got some awesome low carb recipes from this food site, Went Here 8 This:

In Conclusion

Low carb meals can be better for the waistline while still tasting great! You don’t have to go full on keto diet to appreciate these recipes either. I try to eat a relatively low carb diet myself, and these recipes are a great starting point!
