If you’re looking for a frugal alternative to Lipsense, you’re in the right place!

If you frequent Facebook or Instagram, there’s a good chance you’ve heard of Lipsense.

If not, I’ll tell you a bit about it. It’s a long-lasting, smudge-proof, budge-proof lip color that comes in a wide array of colors.

I’ll be honest – it’s pretty awesome! It truly does last all day and it doesn’t leave lipstick marks all over my little ones cheeks (when I smother him with kisses!)

But here are the problems:

  • The vast majority of colors (especially the popular ones) are always out of stock.
  • Although Lipsense does last a long time (making it good value) let’s be real: $25 for a lip color + $20 for a gloss isn’t exactly cheap.

So while I definitely enjoy using it, I also wanted to try and find an awesome frugal alternative to Lipsense.

There are a number of long-lasting lip color alternatives to Lipsense (like this Kat Von D lip color, which I’ve heard amazing things about) but even though you don’t have to buy a gloss to go with it, it’s still fairly pricey, at $27.

If you know me, you know that I’m a huge (HUGE) fan of Amazon. I even found the best-ever frugal alternative to Lularoe.

So of course, I scoured Amazon for Lipsense dupes that were way cheaper and I’ve come up with a few winners!

Anyway. Check this out.

Revlon Overtime Lipcolor

Doesn’t bleed or smudge, has tons of color choices and really easy to apply.

You might not like all of the colors, but hey, you get twelve, so even if you only like half of them, you’ve still won. Get it here for less than 10 bucks.

Covergirl Outlast

24 hour formula which, I’ll admit, I haven’t actually ever left it on for 24 hours. But I’ve left it on for the whole day and it’s lasted, and really, who leaves their lipstick on for 24 hours anyway? Get it here for around 8 bucks.

Rimmel London Provocalips

Cheapest of the bunch by far, and does a really good job at lasting all day. This one feels really smooth, almost like a lip balm. My favorite color is Wish Upon a Berry 🙂 Get it here for a few bucks!

I still use and love my Lipsense, it’s nice to know that there are frugal, cost-saving alternatives when I don’t feel like spending $25 plus!
