If you’re wondering what workout programs are on Beachbody on Demand, and perhaps thinking that they must not all be on there because the price is so cheap (I thought the same thing) then you’ll be happy to know that EVERY Beachbody workout program ever created is available on Beachbody on Demand.
And if you’re a fan of the insanely fast cardio workout, appropriately named, Insanity, then yep – it’s included! Insanity was the program that got me hooked on Beachbody, so I’m a definite fan.

If time is of the essence, then Daily Burn might be the best home workout program for you.
Daily Burn has over 150 on-demand workout programs, including yoga, pilates, cardio, strength training and more. But the real drawcard for people on a time-crunch is the fact that all of the Daily Burn workouts are just 30-minutes long.
You can live-stream their new workout every morning at 9am EST, but if that time doesn’t work for you, the workouts are available on demand for 24 hours. Daily Burn releases a new workout every single day (in addition the 150 on-demand workouts in their library.)
