Darker honey contains more antioxidants than lighter honey, so try to buy the darkest honey you can find to receive maximum benefits. Also, using raw, unfiltered honey is a must!
Some good types of honey for a cough include:

Take 1-2 teaspoons directly by mouth or drink it with warm water (below).
