Have you started clean eating, realized how amazing it makes you feel, and now you want to get the whole family on board? Don’t worry, it can be done. Even if your kids are the type who gag at the mere thought of eating vegetables, these 20+ clean eating recipes for kids are bound to change their mind.

As the mom of a 2-year-old, I know how hard it can be to get dinner on the table every night. That’s why I almost always spend a couple hours on Sunday night doing some clean eating meal prep for the week ahead. I’ll usually cook some quinoa, bake some salmon, cook some chicken breasts in the slow cooker, bake a big tray of veggies and then store them in these portioned meal prep containers, ready for the week ahead. It makes things super convenient and quick at dinnertime.

Once you’ve ordered a pack of the meal prep containers, and gotten into the habit of using them for meal prep, you’ll find that it’s a LOT easier to stick to clean eating during the week.

Now let’s get to the clean eating recipes for kids – you’ll find that these are all simple to prepare and there are many clean versions of childhood favorites in here!
